Hey there,
Have you ever caught yourself wondering:
Students fall into the trap of collecting as many brushes as they can, without knowing how to use them.
What if there was another way to paint? What if you could create amazing art using just one brush, saving time and simplifying the learning process?
I was struggling as an illustrator until I found this tutorial by Marko Djurdjevic. In it he explains he uses one brush, just one brush, to produce all his amazing art!
With this one brush technique, he was able to paint "without fear", and quickly became the world's most sought after concept artist.
But there was only one problem: Marko didn't share his brush!
It took months of asking many different concept artists if they had Marko's brush before I finally found someone who did:

Are my brushes working for me, or against me?

I remember questing after that Marko Brush for a long time. Eventually I found it when downloading another artist's brush pack.
This is the same brush he uses in his Imagine FX tutorial, which I have attached. It is also what he used for most of his marvel comic work. That said, he did often use other texture brushes with it. But this brush was the foundation for most of the art.
I don't know how experienced of a digital painter you are, but in terms of applying this brush how marko did it --
-- he painted the initial forms with 100% opacity with pen pressure applied, then once the majority of the figure was laid out he would reduce the opacity between 80% and 30 % with pen pressure applied to smooth out and blend. Usually then he used texture brushes for texture (duh), and soft brushes for glowing/light effects (dodge).
Good luck and I hope this brush serves you well.
